The last seven days has seen some encouraging signs for the predator anglers,  match anglers have also feared well.
Ten Mile Bank, conditions helped the anglers during the early part of the week,  but as the winds picked towards the back of the week specimen anglers became dominant . Bream, skimmers, roach and tench were all featuring in the vast majority of catches through out Tmb, Pole and tip anglers both reaping the rewards during a hectic couple of days in the early week. Railway Bridge through to Modney Bridge has been the more successful stretch all though a few skimmers and roach have been reported from the Piggeries area.Nets to near 30lb have been recorded from the Chapel area and modney has been producing nets to near 19lb, caster, maggot, worm hemp have all been used as hook baits over a bed of Ground bait. Specimen anglers have also featured strongly on tmb with lures and dead baits working well, Pike to 24lb and zander to 14lb 4oz have been reported, plenty of jacks and perch also showing on the small jelly lures.
Middle level has also been showing plenty of good predator sport, reports of pike to 17lb from Neepes to Crocked Chimney, and pike to 23lb have been reported from the Aqueduct to Pingle Bridge, also a few zander to 12lb 6oz have been recorded. The level has been showing more consistency for the predator anglers .
Shepherds Lake, a quieter week by numbers but the fishing has been very rewarding for those anglers who have fished Shepherds Lake, carp are still feeding with reports of a 11lb 4oz common, and a mirror to 9lb 6 oz being taken on 8mm boilies  when used on the small method feeder, bream to 5lb and skimmers to 2lb have been showing on the tip. roach, rudd and the odd tench have also been feeding strongly. whip, pole and waggler have all been successful during the last week.
