Ten Mile Bank, this week was  difficult  for anglers on Ten Mile as conditions changed throughout the week, roach were showing to hempseed and elderberries at the beginning of the week , but towards the later stages of the week it was increasingly difficult to tempt a roach into the swim. Bream were also playing hard to get with only a handful of bream caught during the last week. skimmers were still showing around the Denver end and towards the Wissey mouth but catches of bream and skimmers were limited elsewhere.

Tench are becoming more available on the tip line over to the far bank, with fish reported to nearly 8lb showing on worm or corn.

Saturdays match the 1st at Ten mile Bank this year was a very hard encounter . 22 anglers took part on the Browns Farm stretch, Local Rod Tim Foster won the match with a net of 7lb 9oz , including a tench of over 7lb . 2nd place was Steve Gardner, 4lb 3oz and 3rd place was John Leedle 2lb 2oz .

Middle Level, again continues to fish very well with catches reported from all stretches on the level. Nets to over 34lb reported from the St Marys to Peters stretch, plenty of skimmers and roach around also the odd decent perch to the worm , pole anglers now starting to benefit by presenting hemp , elderberry and tares on the hook for the bigger stamp roach. skimmers are taking caster on the hook also on the pole line. Tip anglers are also featuring strongly with catches of over 32lb recorded.High Road to Crooked Chimney, another busy stretch during the last week , all anglers catching well and all methods working , tip anglers are catching the better sized skimmers to over 2lb whilst pole anglers are finding the big shoals of roach, tares and hemp finding the quality fish. Also the odd tench to over 6lb showing at this end of the level,

Aqueduct to Pingles, very popular during the last week , but sadly no reports of any net catches , but reports of plenty of fish, mainly skimmers roach and the odd perch and tench.

Tottenhill, plenty of anglers about during the last week, good sport being had by the majority of the anglers, carp showing to over 12lb also plenty of bream around to nearly 5lb. good nets of silvers when fished for.
