Anglers who braved the near flood conditions on the Cut Off weren't rewarded with any fish. With the river up over the banks some people decided at the start this was just to difficult and with the water dropping hearly 4 feet in 90 minutes they were't far wrong.

The good point however was the bright sunny conditions which gave some light relief from the winters weather of late, anyway it was a good crack all round for the guy's who attended. Even if some had some costly pole breakages, oops!

The question remained unanswered in that where have all the fish gone, with people in the week also struggling to find a fish.
