KLAA Junior Section 2010
KLAA Juniors 2009King's Lynn Juniors.

The team had national success in 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009 and are looking forward to more success in the coming 2010 season.

We have matches on all waters, rivers, canals and lakes. If you feel you would like to be involved in a team event and fish at a competitive level  please give me a call. We are a successful junior match squad. We are looking for anglers girls or boys of the age between 11-21 to join the rest of the squad. We have practices and we like to have a few open matches. We are also involved in a winter league in which we fish against teams from Holbeach, Boston and Lincoln. This series start in September and runs through till May.

Any juniors who would like to become involved in the junior match scene , please contact Bill Morris or Darren Reed by phone or email.

The juniors of klaa are now the new British Pole Champions, after a sublime victory at Dents Fishery on Saturday
British Pole Champs
Lynn fielded two sides plus 2 over 18 year old anglers. The draw could have been kinder to the Lynn teams but never the less  they just got on with the job in hand, unfortunately due to other commitments the Lynn sides could not even get to the venue for a practise, so this victory shows just how well the whole squad  can adapt to the challenge.
Toby Pepper continued to keep his form of late  with an outstanding victory fishing the long pole on  Farm Shop lake on peg 30 weighing in with a mixed net of 37lb 3oz,Team mate  Jimmy Brookes was 3rd overall with a mixed net for 27lb, On Willows Kirsty Reed and Timmy Pepper both found the going tough early on as the fish were hard to find , but Kirsty managed to snare 3 carp from the top of the water to finish a strong 2nd place in c section whilst Timmy tried every line he could muster to finish only a mere few grammes away from finishing in the top 5 of a very difficult section with no big weights recorded.
Lynn gold also fielded a strong side and came in a very  creditable 6th place with team captain Tom Cockle securing a section win from peg 9 on farm shop, supported by fellow anglers, Gary Harris, Harry Blackmur and Rocky Murley.  In the over 18 championship Lynn angler Reece Dillamore showed the way with a net of 44lb 4oz fishing just his top two kit on a lake were virtually all the fish were in spawning mode,he was followed home by fellow team mate Brendan Strowlger with 16lb 11oz
