In Winter months banks can tend to be slippery in busy areas around Little Ouse village.
No vehicles on the Banks
No fishing from the bridges, parapets or rails.

Fishing from the Iron Bridge (Do not cross the bridge) south to the gate at the end of the tarmac road around 2 miles just prior to the old Watermans Arms PH.

Limited vehicular access from sugar beet pad to Watermans Arms.

A fast flowing river with minimal boat traffic, averaging 4 ft depth. Excellent winter roach fishery with 40lb catches in December 2007.
