About Kings Lynn Angling Association
The Association founded in 1881 as the minutes show in the image on the left, use to look after the gentry in and around the King's Lynn area up to the outbreak of the great war. This was mostly providing stocked trout fishing in the Nar and Gaywood rivers. Today the Association has freehold on 35 acres of ground containing 3 lakes and 4 miles of bank on the Ouse, with a further 2 lakes on lease and 6 rivers some 85 kilometres in total of river bank.
